1. Formatting Instructions

The paper must be written in English using the available Microsoft Word templates for A4 format. Formatting may not be altered.

Please format your final paper as a PDF file in a two-column format according to the instructions for final paper submission (https://www.telsiks.org.rs/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/TELSIKS-2019-InstructionsForFinalSubmission.doc). The Instructions are the same as for the first submission, with header and example Copyright notice added. Please follow the formatting instructions and templates. Be sure to use the template’s conference mode.

Use the A4 format. DO NOT use the US Letter format and do not paginate your paper.

Regular papers can be up to 4 pages in length (max). Invited papers can be up to 10 pages in length (max).

DO NOT place numbers at the bottom of the page and DO NOT delete XXX.

Before submitting your paper, you must add (change) the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of your source document (MS Word or LaTeX). PLEASE ADD the appropriate copyright notice to your paper. It should go at the bottom of the left column, the first page only.

The appropriate copyright notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth for an IEEE Conference Publication. Please, put the appropriate copyright notice instead of the existing one in the footer of this template by using one of the following:

1. For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

2. For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-0878-0/19/$31.00 ©2019 Crown 3. For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-0878-0/19/$31.00 ©2019 European Union

4. For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-0878-0/19/$31.00 ©2019 IEEE Note: If using LaTeX IEEEtran class the following script placed before the \begin{document} statement will insert the copyright notice in the adequate place. \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts\IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5090-1629-7/16/\$31.00~\copyright~2016 IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}

Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Before uploading your final paper you should rename this exact file to conform to the following naming convention: TELSIKS-19-XXX.pdf, where XXX is the paper ID assigned to the submission. Please also name your approval email from PDF eXpress using the convention approval-XXX.pdf and upload it together with the final paper.

4. Submitting a Copyright Release Form

If a paper has been selected for publication in TELSIKS 2019 (including invited papers and special sessions), the authors of the paper have to submit a Copyright Form, necessary for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings of the conference, published by IEEE. From 2019, the
TELSIKS conference uses the IEEE Electronic Copyright Service (eCF). The paper cannot be published in the proceedings if the form is not properly completed.

Аll the necessary information on how to properly fill in and submit a copyright form, you can find at https://www.telsiks.org.rs/copyright-form/. You will be redirected to the  IEEE Copyright submission site and a wizard will guide you through the process. A traditional copyright form with signature is not requested as it is replaced with the web form.
